Second Mortgages

Lines of Credit

Wymac Capital, Inc. offers open-ended credit lines for second mortgages, sometimes up to the full appraised value of the home used as collateral.  Income documentation requirements vary.  Credit lines tend to be variable rate loans based on the current Prime Rate.

Closed-End Second Mortgages

Sometimes the flexibility of a line of credit is not needed and a fixed rate mortgage is more desirable for the second mortgage.  Closed end mortgages are available at competitive rates, often up to the full value of the property.
